We recommend booking at least a few days ahead, and one to two weeks ahead between November and April. Each departure takes a small number of guests only, so popular times fill quickly. Bookings close 24 hours before departure.

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards through PayPal’s secure checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, which is what holds your seats.

Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your departure time for a full refund. Inside 24 hours we cannot refund, because the food and staff for your visit are already arranged. To change a date, email us as early as you can and we will move you to another departure subject to availability.

A confirmation email is sent the moment payment goes through, with your program, date, departure time and traveller details. We also message you the day before with your exact pick-up time.

Adult — 11 years and above.
Child — 4 to 10 years old. Child must come along with parent.
Infant — 0 to 3 years old. Infant must come along with parent. Infants join free of charge.

Every booking must include at least one adult. Prices for each program are shown on the program page.

Yes, children from 4 years old can join Program B with a parent in the water beside them. Life jackets in children’s sizes are provided. Our guides stay in the water with every group throughout.

Infants aged 0 to 3 are welcome on all programs at no cost, but they must stay with a parent at all times and do not enter the water with the elephants. If you are bringing an infant, add a note when booking so we can prepare shade and a quiet place to rest.

Yes. Return transfer is included in the price of every program, with no hidden supplement. We pick up from hotels in Phuket, Krabi Town, Ao Nang, and everywhere on Koh Yao Yai and Koh Yao Noi.

There is a “Hotel for pick-up” field in the booking form. Enter your hotel name and room number. If you have not checked in yet, enter the hotel name and write “arriving that morning” in the notes.

Pick-up time depends on where you are staying — typically 45 to 90 minutes before your departure time for Phuket and Krabi, and 20 to 30 minutes for Koh Yao hotels. We message you the exact time the day before.

Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a hat and a change of clothes. Bring a waterproof phone case or dry bag if you want photos in the water. Everything else — drinking water, life jackets, elephant food — is provided.

No. We do not offer riding, shows or any activity that uses hooks or chains. Guests feed, walk beside and bathe with the elephants, and the elephants are free to walk away whenever they choose.

Programs run in light rain — the elephants enjoy it. If weather makes the boat crossing unsafe, we contact you to move your booking to another day or refund you in full.

Yes for programs that include a meal. Add your requirement in the notes field when booking and we will arrange it.
